Liberty IV is located 3706 Washington Avenue in the better part of downtown Newport News. Inconspiciously right across the street from
one of the shipyard entrances at 9pm on a Saturday the place looks like a ghost town. There is a 7-11 a block away and a bar a few doors down,
you'll need it cuz they don't server alochol here.
Normally punk bands play here from what Iv'e heard. Park in the back of the building.
